Bootleg: Live at Elektrosamfundet 2025

The Bootleg series is where I publish unpolished, raw live recordings alongside the official albums. Today I am happy to share a new recording in the series with you!
In April 2025 I played in Trondheim at the festival Elektrosamfundet. I was booked to play at 1 in the morning. The last thing I told my studiopartner Jørgen was that:
Well, it should be pretty hard to lose a suitcase from Oslo to Trondheim and not be able to get it there before 1 in the night, but I do as I always do: When possible, bring enough gear in the hand luggage that you would be able to do the gig even if your suitcase doesn’t show up.
This turned out to be critical!
Because what do you think happened? Well, no suitcase!
Missing were a modular synth, my Organelle (that I use for granular live sampling), audio interface, microphone (for talking). I had the most important part of the setup in my hand luggage: laptop, controllers and in-ear monitors.
So I knew that I would be able to do the gig with just software, but I would have to think differently than I had planned, change the setlist and also see if I could substitute some of my hardware with software. Luckily my whole setup is very modular, and I had time at the venue.
So this recording captures this pretty special gig. I hope you like it!
